About me:
With nearly two decades of experience helping teams from across industries, my mission as a facilitator is to empower companies to unlock possibilities and design a better way forward.
I have deep expertise in technology and digital product. My customized workshops provide the structure required to quickly align and accelerate a plan or idea, whether I’m working with startups or Fortune 50 clients.
Before launching my Facilitation and Strategy practice in 2017, I spent ten years in product leadership and strategy at two digital product firms, guiding groups through the development of new business ideas and bringing them to market.
I have run Design Sprint trainings with John and Jake, authors of the Sprint Book, and I co-authored the Remote Design Sprint Guide at the start of the pandemic to help teams adapt quickly. My recent client work includes projects with Marquette University, Vibrant Emotional Health, Bibliotheca, and Ameriprise Financial.

Lead with honesty and kindness: I’m committed to helping people feel seen and heard so they’re comfortable speaking up, sharing their thoughts, and collaborating with others.
Exercise directness and won’t rest until there’s clarity: Working through ambiguity to create shared meaning and understanding is the key to alignment, whether I’m sending a client email, negotiating with my child, or leading a team.
Remain curious and open: I’m forever learning, experimenting, exploring and refining the way work is done – from workshop planning and execution, to refining how I run my own business.
